Detecting small regulatory RNAs with single-molecule sensitivity and single-cell resolution using the miRNAscope™ Assay

The miRNAscope Assay uses a novel and proprietary in situ hybridization (ISH) technology to visualize spatial distributions of single RNA molecules 17-50 nt in length including microRNAs (miRNAs), short interfering RNAs (siRNAs), PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs), and antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs).
